Community Partnership Holiday Breakfast (Albany)

Join us for our first annual networking breakfast in Albany. You’ll have an opportunity to share about the work you’re doing in the community and connect with other professionals. How can we work together to strengthen support for families and children in 2024 in the Capital Region? We’ll celebrate our wins for the year, and our hopes for the new year.

Come and enjoy bagels, pastries, coffee, and networking. This event is open to all health care providers, community-based organizations, advocates, and community members who have a desire to connect, build, and partner on strengthening a community of care framework for families and children.
