Hi! We are Stephanie and Tim! We got married in 2019 after meeting in a local dog park a few years prior. We live in a quiet community and share our home with a collie named Whellie, a betta fish, and an abundance of wildlife! We enjoy exploring all our community has to offer, including farmer’s markets, hiking trails, and local orchards, and also enjoy spending day trips in New York City. We both come from loving, supportive families and we are proud to call ourselves aunt and uncle to our many nephews. We are so excited to welcome a child into our home, and cannot wait to watch him or her grow up with his or her many cousins. After discovering that having a biological child would be difficult for us, we were faced with the decision to start fertility treatments or to grow our family by adoption. Adoption has always been on our hearts because of connections to adoption and foster care within our close circle of family and friends, and we both are excited to have begun this journey. We hope to provide a home full of love and laughter where our child can grow and prosper.

Our Lives
We place a high value on family time. On any given weekday after we get home from work, Tim and I can be found sharing a home cooked meal together, followed by a board game or watching a movie. Our weekends are frequently spent with friends or family, enjoying the view from our deck or playing in our yard with our nephews. We enjoy road trips and look forward to summer vacations with a child to beaches, the mountains, or beyond. We envision a life full of the ordinary things, such as soccer games, elementary school concerts, and science fairs, as well as the extraordinary things, such as trips to New York City, outdoor exploring, and vacations in new places. We are excited to share all of this and more with a child.
Our Family
Our immediate family consists of us and our pets, as well as Tim’s mom, dad, brother, and his family, and Stephanie’s dad, stepmom, stepbrother, and his family. We have eight nephews by relation, whom we see often and range in age between 2 and 10. We also have a close network of friends, whom we consider close as family and see often as well. Our family is loving, supportive, and diverse, and we look forward to blending and celebrating the culture and traditions of both our family and our child’s birth family someday. We are blessed to live only ten minutes from Tim’s family, and about an hour from Stephanie’s. Both sides of our family are very excited to be a part of our child’s life.
Final Thoughts
We wish to express our sincerest thanks to you for taking the time to read a little bit about us and for considering us as you work through creating an adoption plan. We will be immeasurably blessed to share our lives with a child and our child’s birth family, and we look forward to meeting you!
